How a good conversation became boring

Jab hum  bat krte hai tab Kuch unnecessary words like  Ha

        Hmmmm
        Achcha
        Ohhh
        "Unnecessary emojis"
        Or bhi aise hi Kuch words use krte hai than humara reply bhi Kuch aisa hi (Ha Hmmm hu) aienga.
than your conversation over. Last me ek hi khayal aienga kis boring insan se bat kr Raha tha or kr rahi thi.
       Ager app bhi aisa Kuch krte ho to isse rok do otherwise koi Kuch kahenga nhi but apse alag ho jaienga.

               Shayad anjane me hi  Sahi pr apna or apne friends or colleagues Ka time waste krte hai  aise word Ka use krke. Or hum khud Ka bhi time utilities nhi kr PA rahe hai.
           

What to do ?
Jab bhi bat krte ho tab ye words (like Ha Hmmm etc) aa jate hai . To in words ke sath Kuch sentence add krke reply do. Taki samne vala bhi apki bat me interested hoker reply kre . 

Ager mood nhi hai, busy ho to kah do ki I am busy ye bataienge ki ap samne vale ke time ki bhi value krte ho.
